Returns & Exchanges

At Consuela, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must include original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original shipping box.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
